Acceptable Use Policy
Adult content between consenting, verified adults — and nothing else.
Effective July 7, 2026 · Operated by [Legal entity — to be completed] ("DuoText", "we", "us").
1. The one rule everything else follows from
DuoText hosts adult content created by verified adults, featuring only verified, consenting adults, delivered to adults who chose to see it. Anything outside that sentence does not belong here.
2. Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material
Any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a minor — real, apparent, generated, drawn, or role-played ("age-play" implying a minor included) — results in immediate removal, permanent ban, preservation of evidence, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Uploads are scanned and hash-matched against industry databases before publication.
3. Consent is a precondition
- Every person appearing in content must be a verified adult with a documented consent release on file before the content can be published (see the §2257 statement).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is banned: hidden-camera content, leaked private media, "revenge" uploads, and content whose subject has withdrawn consent. Depicted persons can demand removal through the Complaints page — no account needed.
- Content depicting real non-consent, coercion, incapacitation (sleep, intoxication), or trafficking is banned. Depictions of hypnosis or intoxication presented as removing the ability to consent are banned even when staged.
4. Prohibited content
- Bestiality; necrophilia; incest (including step-relations presented as real); sexual violence presented as non-consensual.
- Content produced or shared in violation of another platform’s or person’s rights (pirated creator content, leaked pay-walled media).
- Weapons, drugs, or other illegal goods and services; content that facilitates crime.
- Fluids/urine/scat categories restricted by card-network rules.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Offering or soliciting in-person sexual services, escorting, or anything traded off-platform for money.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or hate directed at any person; contacting someone who blocked you, including through new accounts (block evasion).
- Deception: impersonation, fake age or identity, catfishing, romance scams, or misrepresenting who appears in content.
- Spam, mass unsolicited messages, scraping, automation that mimics users, or reselling access.
- Payment abuse: friendly fraud, coordinated chargebacks, laundering value through tips or gifts, or circumventing platform fees.
6. Enforcement
Violations lead to graduated enforcement — content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent ban — with evidence preserved where the law requires. Automated detections are reviewed by humans before account-level penalties. Every enforcement decision can be appealed through the Complaints process.
7. Reporting
Every piece of content and every profile carries an in-app Report action. Anyone — including people without an account — can report content by emailing support@duotext.com. Reports are reviewed and answered within seven days.
